{"id":13615,"date":"2018-04-09T08:40:24","date_gmt":"2018-04-09T13:40:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.superrachelzana.com\/blog\/?p=13615"},"modified":"2018-04-09T08:40:24","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T13:40:24","slug":"frozen-food","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/superrachelzana.com\/?p=13615","title":{"rendered":"Frozen Food"},"content":{"rendered":"<body><p><\/p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13616\" src=\"https:\/\/superrachelzana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/isaiahclosestamp.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/superrachelzana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/isaiahclosestamp.jpg 900w, https:\/\/superrachelzana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/isaiahclosestamp-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/>\n<p>A few weeks ago I threw performance parties for my piano students. \u00a0This always involves lots of delicious refreshments, and it\u2019s very much anticipated by my own kidlets because after they share their music, there are really no limits on cookie consumption. \u00a0Because I had fewer students able to come to the parties this year, there were actually leftover chocolate chip cookies. \u00a0I sent a plate up the hill to my cookie-appreciating neighbors, and I decided to put the rest in the freezer. \u00a0This would be a common sense solution, of course. \u00a0It\u2019s what you do with a surplus of cookies. \u00a0But we hardly ever have a surplus of any kind of food after a meal in our household, so the concept of freezing leftover food was completely foreign to my kidlets.<\/p>\n<p>The next day:<\/p>\n<p>Mr. TOF: \u00a0Mom, what happened to all of the cookies??? \u00a0There were so many cookies!<\/p>\n<p>Me: \u00a0Oh, I put them in the freezer to save for a few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. TOF: \u00a0The freezer?
