On our first night of traveling we stayed at a hotel in Bismarck. \u00a0Grandma Robbie and Grandpa Ron were able to come for just a bit to watch the kidlets expend massive amounts of cooped up energy in the pool that evening.<\/p>\n
The next morning, after a delicious hotel breakfast, our Penn friends came over because I had some items to deliver to them that they left at our house. \u00a0Actually, they mostly came to swim, which was enormously fun. \u00a0Swimming is great, and swimming with friends is even better. \u00a0I cannot tell you how much fun the kidlets had that morning. \u00a0All of the big kids who could swim made long trains down the water slide and splashed into the pool. \u00a0It was a great way to spend the morning before a long car ride. \u00a0In fact, they exhausted themselves so well that the long afternoon car ride was very peaceful . . . there were lots of long naps.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
