Going Places

I’m a home body.  YaYa is a home body.  Mr. SP is a home body unless he has the opportunity to be in a library.  This girl?  She is NOT a home body.  She’s always up for adventure, and while she can stay home and spend hours reading a book or playing, she’s pretty much always ready to leave the house and explore.  In fact, more than a couple of days without an outing kind of makes her restless, a bit antsy.

The good part about this is that if I have an idea of a place to go, she’s always ready to jump in the car.  She’ll go hiking.  She’ll go to the beach. She’ll go for a walk.  She’ll go shopping, even if its just for groceries, and in the process, we usually have a good time.
