Peanut Maximus has not easily been falling asleep during afternoon rest time, which often means he goes strong until 5:30 p.m. and then things go downhill extremely quickly. However, last Thursday he did fall asleep near then end of rest time while I was teaching. Dr. Peds came home and noticed that he was still in bed and the babysitter was waiting to play, so he poked his head in through the doorway as he walked past. Peanut Maximus lifted his head and stated, “Would you please leave? I need to focus on sleeping right now.”
