Trick or Treat

Peanut Maximus thoroughly enjoyed every part of costume wearing this past week. Last Saturday Mr. TOF played in an orchestra concert that was part of a costume event for kids at the depot, and Peanut Maximus attended wearing his snazzy, super fuzzy Cookie Monster costume. He loved every part of the concert and seeing every one else’s costumes, including the orchestra musicians who were dressed up.

Peanut Maximus wore his owl costume to nature preschool on Thursday, which is pretty much the perfect costume for a nature preschool.

He was back in his Cookie Monster costume for trick or treating, which was a brothers-only event, and it was so special. Of course his brother took him to lots of houses on the street instead of the five houses I would have visited. (It is, after all, a good day to cash in on having a four year old brother if you are a teenager). Mr. TOF even happened to be wearing his Cookie Monster pants (stolen from the Devious Snail) so they were a perfect duo. He had so much fun, and when we came home we counted and sorted all the candy. The counting was very exciting.
