Christmas Vacation
Our Christmas break has been filled with snow forts, show shoveling, ice skating, a tiny bit of sledding, block tower building competitions, and a LEGO extravaganza that filled the floor with colored blocks for days on end. There has been reading, board games, and of course practicing. Cookies have been baked. Pancakes have been eaten. We’ve done things with friends. We’ve slept in almost every morning. (We love to sleep in!) A few movies have been watched. Everyone in the house has mostly gotten along well. It’s been pretty sweet. Maybe a bit crazy at times, and there has often been messy chaos, but really, it’s been pretty sweet.
