Camp Aunt Rachel: Visiting Lester Park

We squeezed a lot into Camp Aunt Rachel, but of course we didn’t have time to do everything we wanted to do.  One evening I asked Cousin Katherine if she would rather go to the beach, go hiking, or make play dough.  It was a really tough decision, but she picked going hiking.  Hiking was something that she had been asking to do quite a bit all through her stay, and let me tell you, she enjoyed every second of the adventure!  There were quite a few bugs out and about at that time of night, but they did not stop this girl from exploring!  We drove to Lester park, hiked to both waterfalls and played at the playground in between throwing a lot of rocks in the river.  It was a great night.
