Handmade: A Chess Board
Mr. Trouble on Feet asked Dr. Peds if he would build a chess board, since our wooden chessboard, which was a kind of thin portable grid backed with stiff fabric, was slowly breaking apart. Dr. Peds totally delivered! The new chessboard is beautiful, and believe it or not, along with the new weighted chess pieces, has inspired even more family chess matches. Really, there is a chess game going on at all times whenever Mr. Trouble on Feet has spare time. If there is no one to play against him, he plays against himself.
