Spiky Flower
I have forgotten what kind of flower this is, but it has been bringing me unique joy from its sunny place on the deck next to the lavender and rosemary and other flowers and plants that love the sun. It is purple. It is majestic. It is full of not-dangerous spikes. It is loveliness with a little bit of attitude all rolled into one specimen of botanic glory. Purchasing this plant was an experiment this summer, and I would do it again for sure.
