Sand Bay Near the Apostle Islands
I’ve been wanting to go to this beach all summer. We will be going back to the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. It was beautiful. The sand was terrific for playing in too. The crisp evening air was calm and refreshing. Lake Superior happened to be calm. The sunset was amazing.
He found a piece of sea glass. He’s planning on taking it to kindergarten sharing tomorrow. The glass is beautiful: smooth, sparkly and it almost feels like satin on your fingertips.
