Currently I am listening to a late night trombone practice because weekend procrastination is a thing around here. Next up will likely be a late, late night violin practice.

Currently I am reading a book of poetry that I thought would be pretty good, but I have been feeling pretty lackadaisical about it, which is a bit disappointing. I have a large stack of library books to dive into and an even larger To Read stack on my bookshelf, but currently I do have not much time to read because chasing a toddler is serious business around here.

Currently it is foggy. It is a dense fog, which I love. The humidity has been 100 percent for at least 3 days now, which means water is literally condensing on everything. The piano is not a fan.

Currently I am enjoying the very last bits of summer flowers as the leaves start to transform into brilliant colors.

Currently my desk is a terrible mess. My desk is always a terrible mess. I should really do something about it.

Currently I am hoping my resident Destructobot toddler stays asleep. He has not been sleeping soundly this evening.

Currently I have a large pile of laundry waiting for my attention, which I truthfully do not really understand because I was caught up yesterday, I swear.

Currently I am trying to decide about which piano pieces to work on this month. I have plans to keep working on several pieces I have been playing for the last few weeks, but I am deciding on some review pieces. I usually change up my review pieces each month.
