A Few Words

Peanut Maximus is a slow talker, just like all the other kidlets in the family except for YaYa. He is signing up a storm and can say so many things (I’m so grateful for sign language!), so there is no lack of great communication. However, there are only a few verbal words that he uses. Here’s a very short list:

• Wow!
• Who is it?
• Baa (sheep)
• Oh no!
• Hurrah!
• What’s that?

I always find the process of learning language so very interesting.

In other news, this little guy cannot get enough time outside. He deeply adores his snow boots, and just loves going out to tromp around. He gets so mad when the snow boots do not go on and we head to the car or to the stroller instead.
