Illuminated

This week the golden light is back in my kitchen! For a few weeks in the very late winter/early spring and a few weeks in the fall golden light streams through the dining room window and the door into the kitchen, and it makes the evening lovely. The kitchen in our house does not usually get beautiful light because it has just one north facing window. Any beautiful light comes streaming through windows from other rooms and into the kitchen by “chance.”

I was walking through the kitchen this week and the faucet was illuminated by golden light. I grabbed the camera.
