Grandma Kathy Visits

We were so excited, overjoyed actually, to have Grandma Kathy come and visit for the weekend.  Although it was a quicker trip than we would have liked (various kidlets tried multiple times to tricking her into staying an extra day)  the weekend was jam packed with lots and lots of activities.  Grandma came along with The Banana and Squirmy to music class, we ate lunch at our favorite bread store, there were lots of things going on at our church over the weekend, we visited several beaches to enjoy waves and ice (more on that soon) and Grandma and I went out to eat and attended the symphony concert on Saturday, which was wonderful as always.

Grandma brought lots of treasures with, as usual, including some CDs that she had remade of some audio stories on record from when Dr. Peds was little.  The kidlets loved them, of course.  They do love a good story, and they had so much fun snuggling up with Grandma on the couch for hours.
