The Great Toddler Bonk

Mr. Trouble on Feet, like most toddlers, has an amazing back thrash that he pulls out when he’s frustrated or upset, or sometimes just overexcited.  The thrash involves throwing his head (heavy and hard) and arching his back and going boneless all at the same time.  And  let me tell you, if you are nearby and aren’t prepared, it can do some serious damage.  The Banana gets bonked in the head and nose all the time, as do the other kidlets, and today Mr. Trouble on Feet, not happy about an impending nap, crashed into my lip, which cut on my teeth.  The gash was bloody and messy, and I kind of have a fat lip . Toddlers . . . naturally armed and dangerous.  Beware.  Lesson learned.
