Too Classic: Concerning Girls

This evening, he sits next to me on the couch after supper.

Mr. SP:  So, when we are on the playground, this girl called Maya chases me around and tries to kiss me.

Me:  Really?

Mr. SP:  Yep.  It’s a called a crush.

Me:  A crush?

Mr. SP:  Yep.  She has a crush on me.

Me:  And she tries to kiss you?

Mr. SP:  Yep.  All the grown ups on the playground just think we are playing tag.  But she’s definitely trying to kiss me.

Me:  Well, do you like Maya?

Mr. SP:  She’s OK, but girls are weird.  So I run away from her.
