Walking Back from the Library

I love that it is never a struggle to get my children to the library.  If you say “library” they are pretty much out the door with their shoes on waiting for me to gather up the library bag.   I love how my silent readers spend enormous quantities of time in the juvenile fiction shelves, selecting the perfect books to bring home.  I love that they beg for more books than the “Mama limit.”  The Mama limit is usually in effect to keep the total number of household library books under 50, because more than 50 books are hard to keep track of when you have a lot of books in the house already. I love how they can’t wait to get home to start reading their new chapter books.  Mr. Sneaky Pants read most of the way home as we  walked back. Don’t worry.  I made him look up as he was crossing the street.
