Post Company Fruit Snack

Yesterday evening we were excited to have Auntie Amy Iowa and Uncle Bryan stop by.  Their three daughters and Sarah are all off to the Badlands of North Dakota to ride horses with Auntie Dot, Gramma Kathy and Uncle Don, so Auntie Amy Iowa and Uncle Bryan stopped by on their way back to Iowa from North Dakota.  It was a short, spontaneous kind of visit, and I barely saw them because it occurred on my busiest teaching day.  I didn't even take any pictures!

Anyway, after they left town this morning, the leftover kidlets were excited to find the daybed trundle still up in the office.  It is becoming a tradition for them to have apples on the full king sized bed after company has vacated our office, so they ran down and each grabbed an apple from the fridge.  Part of the tradition is that they each get their own apple, and we don't slice them like we normally do for meals.

Let me tell you, they each ended up eating TWO full apples down to the core.  In fact, in the case of Mr. Sneaky Pants, I think there were only seeds left.
