Meeting the Mayor
On Monday these fun and fabulous local National History Day qualifiers (Can you believe that there are FIVE of them!!!!) got to meet the mayor, who was a National History Day qualifier herself when she was a student. They had a great conversation outside city hall. It was fun to hear them tell about their different projects, and it was really neat that the mayor was so interested and took time to really listen to each qualifier.
