Snow Shoveling

There’s been a lot of snow, which means that there has been a lot of shoveling and snowblowing. Luckily we have a lot of teenagers!

Our first big blizzard involved three snow days from school and a snowfall of nearly 30 inches. On the third day Mr. TOF mentioned, “I like snow days, but I just don’t like all the snow shoveling!” Since then there have been two other significant snow events along with frequent snow showers, so there is a lot of snow out there. The worst is always dealing with the compacted snow that the snowplows push to the side of the street.

Mr. TOF has a small snow fort started, and our neighbors celebrated the partial completion of the third annual Snowhenge , a circular snow wall around their fire pit, with a bonfire last night.
