A Few Things I Have Been Loving
- Fall golden light is my favorite. It is just so yummy and lovely.
- Toddler curiosity might make for a tired Mama at the end of the day, but it also makes every day a new adventure.
- I have some piano pieces on my current practice list that have some aggressive chords, and they are a lot of fun to be practicing. I love making a BIG sound. My family might not like it as much as I do! Ha!
- I have instituted French horn Fridays, where I spend time playing the French horn. Of course, I might play other days too, but for sure on Fridays. I have been enjoying it so much.
- It is sock season. I love my wool sock collection.
- After needing to take a leave of absence last year from the choir that I normally sing in, I am back to singing again. Rehearsing is actually my favorite thing about preparing music. I like the process of preparing more than actually performing, and I have been enjoying rehearsals so much.
