Watching
Our street is torn up and being rebuilt. It has been in terrible shape for literally decades. Two years ago the street had so many potholes it looked like a war zone, and they filled so many holes they practically covered the whole street with cold mix asphalt. The repairs have been long awaited, and although it is temporarily inconvenient, everyone is just so glad it is actually happening. It’s noisy and crazy out there all the time, but Peanut Maximus can’t get enough of all the different construction vehicles and the busy activity. He spends so much time at the window watching!
