Squeezable

Of course, the moment you set eyes on your baby for the first time, you are in love.  That’s just pretty much how it goes, for almost everyone, but for me there is something extra special about the time when my babies near the age of six months.  Almost always that is when I fall completely head over heals in love with them, in a way that even pictures just can’t put to justice.  It’s that kind of love that makes them look absolutely perfect in my eyes, the most adorable creatures in existence on the face of the earth.  The kind of love that makes you want to scoop them up and squeeze them so hard you barely know how to stop.  There’s something about the snuggly buggly age of almost six months.

Over Christmas break, Squirmy and I decided we really liked getting up early to eat breakfast and then crawling back under a blanket and snuggling for multiple hours.  It’s just how a morning with a baby should run.  Drat that school bus!  We would like to relax every morning.

These are great pictures of Squirmy he looks like coming right out of the picture to me. If it could only be that easy. Wish it would of worked out this fall to see him. Can’t wait to hold him and see him in person.
