YaYa Visits

A few weeks ago YaYa was able to fly in and visit for a whole week, much to the delight of her parents and especially Peanut Maximus. Peanut Maximus counted down the days to her arrival. She arrived late at night and Dr. Peds picked her up from the airport after Peanut Maximus was long ago in bed. When he got up in the morning he asked if YaYa was home, and I said, “Yes! She flew here on and airplane and she’s sleeping upstairs in the office.” He immediately ran to the door to look for the airplane.

YaYa and Peanut Maximus had many adventures all week long. They went to the beach. They went to the forest. They went shopping. Peanut Maximus could not get enough of his big sister, and when she had to depart, he was not a happy little guy. “I just want her to stay forever.”
