Valentine Factory

Our Valentine project, cards to take to preschool for Valentines Day, was a conglomeration of everything she likes to do:  colorful sort- of washable paint (in shades of pink) mixed with glue, markers to write her name, and scotch tape.  She loved searching in the crayon basket for broken crayons to melt into new, swirly heart shaped crayons, and best of all was the act of assembling all the parts together and imagining which friend she’d give which heart to.  Big Sister YaYa has been working on homemade Valentines as well, for days and days.  Mr. Sneaky Pants is giving out paper airplane Valentines that are not homemade.  He loves the airplanes.  He’s less enthused about addressing them, but we’re making progress.
