If you had seen the innocent enthusiasm of this almost toddler pulling one tissue after the next out of the box in rapid succession, you would have just let him keep going too, I know it.  Every gesture he made was filled with glee.  He threw tissues at the cat.  He swished tissues on the floor.  He stood up (without holding on to anything) and waved tissues in the air.  He brought me tissue presents.  He rubbed tissues against his face like the corner of his blanket and sucked his thumb, because it was almost naptime.  He ripped tissues apart. It was all because a big kidlet forgot to put the tissues up.  The sheer entertainment of the whole episode was definitely worth the price of a box of tissue.
