Renaissance Princess

One of the teachers at the big kidlets’ school sewed this beautiful Renaissance princess dress and donated it to the silent auction fundraiser this fall.  The dress was the perfect size for The Banana, and her daddy bid on it and brought it home.  There was one very astonished little girl who woke up to find the dress hanging in the kitchen the next morning (and one slightly jealous big sister who was so frustrated the dress was so small).  The dress is beautifully sewn and fully lined, and magnificent in every way, so late that afternoon we headed to a little patch of forest to capture a few images before The Banana grows too much!  Just in case you couldn’t tell, the dress twirls wonderfully as well.  I predict there will lots of days of kidlets dressing up and playing  knights in shining armor and elegant princesses in the very near future.
