Kapla Creation

Last summer I broke down and purchased a BUNCH of Kapla Blocks.  I knew my little builders, especially Sarah, would love them.  They do!  Especially Sarah.  While I was busy trying to make my house appear like normal people live here in preparation for Grandma Robbie's weekend visit, Sarah spent all afternoon on Saturday constructing this magnificent creation.  No one helped her.  At all.  She looked at a book to get some of the ideas started, and then stacked away.  I love that she problem-solved to create this masterpiece.  I loved that it kept her busy for a long, long time while I got a lot of cleaning done.  I especially loved how focused she was on what she was doing.  Kapla Blocks.  Everyone needs them.  That's my advertisement for the day.
