Wet Felt

Sarah and I tried wet felting for the first time this evening. It was pretty fun when we got hang of it.  While we were working, The Banana had an excellent time wisking her own personal bowl of soapy water with a spoon.  I’ve been wanting to try this project for a few weeks, but I wasn’t sure where to get the felt batting.  I was about to just order it online the other day, but thankfully I thought to stop in at the excellent yarn store next to our branch library, and low and behold, there it was!  Ta Da!  I think we’re going to have a lot of fun experimenting with it in the next few weeks.
