Off and Away

YaYa is at Bible camp this week.  She was beyond the moon excited to go, and since there is a whole slough of kids from our church going this week, they put a van together to transport everyone there and back.  On Sunday evening Mr. Trouble on Feet and I took her to church to get on the van with the rest of the wild crew.  I just know she is having a terrific time.

In the meantime, everyone here has been busy writing letters to our camper.  The kidlets have been drawing, painting and writing on postcards that we’ve dropped in the mail.  Dr. Peds mailed her a homemade sheet of math problems complete with lots of fractions . . . her favorite (NOT) in case she is feeling bored.  He told her if she brings the sheet home completed, work shown, he’ll take her to the movies.  I’m betting she has a few more exciting tasks to complete, but who knows?  I have also written a few notes, and I’ve written two nice long letters from the perspective of Brutus the cat.  There has been letter writing fun every morning!
