Summertime Tree Climbing

This tree at Hartley and its sister tree nearby just never get old for us.  It’s such a big gnarled mess of tree.  There’s so much laughing and whooping and hollering and joy.  There are leaps and careful footwork, and there’s the joy that you have climbed far above your parent’s grasp, and you can look down on all that goes on below.  The tree is completely irresistible.
