The Spooky Forest
The weather has been amazing. AMAZING. 50 degrees for 5 days! We have been making the best of it every chance we get. Monday is my less-scheduled-day-to-relax, so in the morning The Banana, Mr. SP and I went hiking to Rock Knob at Hartley park. To make it more of an adventure, The Banana dressed up like a princess, and Mr. SP hiked in his full knight regalia: armor, sheeth, sword, the whole bit. Our favorite part was the "spooky forest", a patch of pine forest that is extra tall and gloomy. We did some exploring. Our friendly knight protected us every step of the way. He's so handy to have around when you hear dragons in the distance.
