In the Backpack
Although it is very heavy to carry around The Banana in the hiking backpack, she loves it up high where she can see everything that is happening. Last Wednesday I took the kids on a hike and strapped her in. The backpack fits Dr. Peds a lot better than me because he’s taller, with a longer back, but I managed to do something with all the straps and strings to get it to fit me well enough to go on a hike with it. This weekend our whole family went hiking and Dr. Peds trucked the banana around while I carried my camera (much lighter!)
