Adventures with Faraway Friends: Part 3 — The Rocky Beach

We explored.  We climbed.

We posed.  (Could you get any cuter?  She loves to be cute!)

There was a great search for sea glass, and many treasures were found!  

She loved throwing medium sized rocks in the water.  The Lake was as still as could be, uncannily still.  

These two were off on many adventures. 

Again, these are just a few images of our night at the Rocky Beach.  We had so much fun sharing some of our favorite relaxing places with our friends.  I loved how the kids interacted and found all sorts of great things to do at the beach.  One moment they were spread out doing all sorts of things at once, and the next minute they were huddled together doing something else.  There is just something very special in the combination of rocks of all sizes, wide open water and fresh air.
