Puddle Jumper

While we were at my parents’ farm in North Dakota a couple of weeks ago, there was a warm evening rainshower. As the sprinkles died away right at sundown, I took Noah outside with his galoshes. There are few things better than having galoshes and fresh puddles on a farm. You can roam around wherever you’d like and stomp until your heart is content in whichever puddle you’d like. This little guy was a busy tyke. He’d march from place to place, slopping in silage, grain and a lot of farm muck. I had so much fun following him around with my camera while the light was still good.
