During team warm-ups Coach threw the soccer ball toward each kid and had them bounce it back on their heads.  Mr. Sneaky Pants thought this was incredibly hilarious.  He got the giggles, deep, belly giggles and just couldn't stop laughing.

Digger

Mr. Sneaky Pants continued to chase his shadow during this game.  In fact, he started chasing other people's shadows as well, to add to the excitement.  I think we need to play on overcast days!  In addition, there was this working digger right next to the field, tearing out a fence.  You can about imagine how HARD it was to pay attention to the soccer ball for all members of both teams.

Otherteam

During the water break, Mr. Sneaky Pants forgot which team he was on, and began listening with rapture to the OTHER coach go over strategy for the next quarter.

But, lo and behold, there was no whining, and no crying during and after tumbling on the ground, AND Mr. Sneaky Pants scored his first goal, which was tremendously exciting.

Stay tuned, soccer fans.
