A Quick Stop at Our Favorite Tree

The Banana, Mr. SP and I spent a bit of time this evening hiking to Rock Knob.  On our way we explored the spooky forest briefly, and right before we left we had to do some quick climbing on our very favorite tree.  Well, I didn’t climb, I watched.  I love this tree.  It’s truly spectacular.

All throughout the hike The Banana was mothering me along, “Now Mama, be careful not to step in the mud here.  You’re not wearing boots.”

“Now Mama, don’t run on the trail. You could trip on a rock and the Baby would be OUCH!”

“Now Mama, climb up the rock carefully.  Go slow.  The baby doesn’t like to be bumped.”
