Scenes from the Cabin

Hooray for “Tastes Like Chicken!” It continues to be a hit card game.

Auntie Dot introduced a Bean Bag Toss tournament with mandatory participation. There were some twists and turns, and the final round ended up being a match between the two leaders plus a teammate of his or her choice. Grandma Kathy chose Dr. Peds as her team member, and Uncle Don chose Uncle Bryan. Uncle Don, with his loyal Little People Cheering Squad came out the winner and took home the prized Marion Lake cup.

We had a little graduation celebration for the graduating cousins. It involved ice cream cake (yum!). Check out YaYa’s eyes in the second picture when I started to loudly sing “Pomp and Circumstance” (which is NOT her favorite piece of music) in my best crazy, off key voice.
