2023 Sunday Night at the Beach Edition 5

YaYa, Peanut Maximus, Dr. Peds and I hiked to a little cove just up from the rocky beach. The Banana was lifeguarding. Mr. TOF was at a baseball practice. The Devious Snail was not at home. The water was very cold, and Peanut Maximus was not excited when a little wave would jump in and catch his fingers or toes, but he did have a wonderful time crawling around and exploring. He was fascinated with all of the different sized rocks, of course, so we tried to steer him toward the bigger ones that were too big for him to eat.

The hazy yellow light is courtesy of all the wildfire smoke in the air this summer season. It seems to often turn the early morning and evening golden hours especially yellow.
