For the brave kidlets from Northern Minnesota, there was a great deal of swimming with floatation devices.
There were canoe and kayak rides.
There were tasty smores around the campfire at all hours of the day, morning, afternoon and night.
At the cabin last weekend, there were nine adults, twelve kids, and one very, very busy grammie. (Only one third of the family was in attendance).
The small people kept very busy constructing things out of sand: villages, waterfalls, and all sorts of fun things.

There were stories in the hammock, and stories in the hammock, and even more stories in the hammock. Cousin Autumn is one amazing storyteller, animated with a wild imagination. At one point there were actually eight kids in the hammock with Autumn listening to stories.
