Every day around here is filled with books and small cars.
Peanut Maximus has discovered the sand box. Actually, I tried all summer to get him interested in the sandbox, which sits next to my hammock hanging from the crapapple tree in the back yard, but he did not ever really want to spend more than two minutes in it. However, the last two weeks he has been crazy about the sandbox, which currently has a toy dump truck and excavator in it. They’ve been in the sandbox all summer, but all the construction work on the street has obviously been inspiring!
My houseplants have been flourishing on a diet of worm tea for the past several months, and I love it so much.
The leaves are at their peak this weekend. It has been a weird-weather fall, and I’m trying to let go of the weirdness and just enjoy the leaves.
Yesterday I purchased the Voces8 album “Nightfall” and I have been loving it.
It is sock weather again! I’ve been wearing socks all week, and I forgot how much they slide on the floor! Wheeee!
The tiny bike rider just got a helmet that fits properly, and he is so very excited. We will be using it today.
