(Ir)resistible Letters
It was chilly and rainy for most of the weekend. Sarah came home from school in the middle of a rain shower last Friday, and we were peering at the weather forecast on our favorite weather site, looking ahead at a lot of cooped up playing inside time. We decided to throw an art project into the mix of ballet dancing in leotards, tinker toy building, playing imaginary microphone store , and a few crazy games of chase-you-all-over-the-house.
We used clear contact paper to cut out a resist for these water color initials. I drew the letters and cut them out. They stuck them on the paper and painted around them. I love how each letter shows their personality.
