Visiting YaYa: Part Three

There are wild horses that roam in the region of Mono Lake, and YaYa found part of a skeleton of a horse that had met its demise.

In addition, those horses leave piles of manure here and there. Most of the piles of manure looked like normal horse business. But every once in a while when we were exploring we would come across enormous piles of manure, which begged the question, “What were those horses doing exactly?” Did they get sick and stay in one spot? Take a lengthy nap and relieve themselves repeatedly? Did they have an extremely large lunch and need to disengorge? We will never know.

These two kidlets thought they were hilarious, pretending to, well, poop, over this large pile of horse droppings. What can I say? At least they are good at entertaining themselves?
