Are you Tired of Ice Yet?

It was a beautiful evening, and to celebrate the extra hour of daylight because of the time switch, we drove down to the beach AFTER supper (woohoo) at sunset. The ever changing ice was ripe for exploring as the sun dipped down beneath the hill. There was a rousing display of preschool stick hockey, amazement at the patriarch of the family dropping huge ice sheets onto the ice floor on the shore. Upon impact the huge chunks of ice completely shatter, scattering about two thousand different directions at once. It was such a nice day that several other people were out, climbing about, exploring those wintry nooks and crannies that change each day.

This is almost a perfect abstract photo…I love it. You do good camera work, pumpkin. Aunty Joni is now a regular reader, so
your “groupies” have enlarged. She, too, is fascinated by The Banana.
