Playing Hide and Seek

We are HUGE fans of the Sesame Street Word on the Street podcast on itunes around here. Each week we download a new five minute episode. Five minutes is the perfect amount of time for a little video treat, and I’ve always been a great fan of Sesame Street, even before I had any kids hanging around at all. Sometimes I get frustrated with the modern version of Sesame Street (although we don’t see much of it since we happily don’t have a TV). What I really love about the Word on the Street podcast is that they use tons of recycled material from when I was little. My husband and I get a huge kick out of watching Word on the Street with Mr. Sneaky Pants (Sarah likes it a lot too).

Noah’s favorite episodes so far have been “squid” “ballet” and especially “disappear.” He spends a lot of time playing disappear with anyone who might be paying attention and thinks it is uproarously funny to reappear often.
