At the Cabin Part 10: Miscellaneous Images

Auntie Amy Texas was in charge of supper one night.  She even had a clipboard.

Someone really loves corn on the cob!

The kitchen in the cabin is teensy tiny, and one evening the three little cousins were determined to be underfoot, so Auntie Dot lured them behind the table on the floor with a rousing game of “Critter in the Candy,” a family favorite.  If you uncover the critter, a worm on the flat side of a piece of plastic chocolate candy, you have to put all your pieces of chocolate back in the pile.  However, the littles find absolute delight in getting the critter piece, so when they play the rules are modified a bit.  They squeal with delight upon uncovering the critter; it’s the whole point of the game for them.  One of the most fun parts of Critter in the Candy is the die inside a plastic bubble that makes a popping sound when you press it.

The Banana followed Cousin Janzie everywhere.

One of Mr. SP’s favorite things about the cabin is getting to roast the paper plates after they’ve been used.  However, his big cousins also like to roast plates, and they were pretty fast about keeping the pile of used paper down.  After one meal, however, an entire garbage can of paper products was located and he had it all to himself:  roasting delight!

Mr. Sneaky Pants was really telling Uncle Robert a  story.

Cousin Alex tried to pump Uncle Bryan up with an air mattress pump.

They were reading about wooden trains after returning from a trip to the toy store in Perham.  Alex wanted them to take the trains out of the paper so he could play with them.

This little girl LOVES her Uncle Greg.
