Sweet Potatoes/Sweat Potatoes
These are last week’s sweet potatoes, still lined up waiting to bake. Everybody in our house loves sweet potatoes, but I just can’t bring myself to run the oven for the 80 minutes it would take to bake these; the weather is so warm. Considering the current forcast, I’m beginning to believe they will rot before I will actually have the courage to do anything about them.
