Driving the Almost Empty Uhaul Across State

We had just a few things left to move to our new house from North Dakota: our dining room table, a bed for Ms. Crazy Preschooler, and a set of bight pink dressers that Auntie Amy gave Ms. CP and The Banana. We decided to rent a uhaul to bring the stuff back, but when Dr. Peds wend to pick up the uhaul, they did not have the smallest sized truck that we reserved, so they gave us this rather large truck to drive. Our stuff took up maybe an eighth of the back, but it got the job done. Mr. Perpetual Mess was thrilled to drive with Dad all the way back home.

I hopped out of the van to take a few pictures as Dr. Peds was moving the carseat to the truck, and I couldn’t help but notice this sign on the driver’s side door:

Thank goodness the cab wasn’t feeling particularly hungry that day.
