We were standing next to the back door. Mr. Sneaky Pants ready to leave to celebrate a friend’s birthday.
Me: Did you brush your teeth?
Mr. SP: Yep.
Me: Are your shoes dry now?
Mr. SP: Yep.
Me: Is that shirt clean? It looks like there is some stuff smeared on the front of it.
Mr. SP: Oh, don’t worry about that, Mom. It’s just a stain from today, not a different day.
