One of These Things is Not Like the Other

Today I experimented with baking these little loaves of honey oatmeal bread. On Friday Sarah is going to give her two preschool teachers a little bucket with some strawberry freezer jam and a couple of little loaves of diffrent kinds of bread for a Christmas gift. All day long Mr. Destructoman has been “cooking” along with me using his plastic food collection. Frequently I’d have to stop what I was doing to ooh and ah and pretend to taste his last creation (and there were some very interesting plastic combinations, mind you). I came around the corner this afternoon and saw this plastic loaf lined up right next to the real loaves, not a child in sight, and it made me smile.
